1. Delete your account

1. Open the Noli app and go to Profile → Settings → Account.
2. Tap Delete account, read the summary and type DELETE to confirm.
3. If you have a subscription, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first — deleting your account does not cancel store billing.

2. Disconnect Instagram

If you send videos to Noli by Instagram direct message, you can disconnect your Instagram account in the app under Settings → Connected accounts → Unlink. Videos you send after that are no longer added to your library. You can also remove Noli from Instagram under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.

3. Delete single saves

Open a save and choose Delete save. Notes, plans and chats can be deleted the same way.

4. No longer have the app?

Email Operator details will be published before public launch. from the address of your Noli account, or tell us the Instagram username you used with Noli. We verify the request and delete your data within 30 days, and confirm by email.

5. What we delete

Your profile, saves, notes, plans, chats, uploaded videos and files, your Instagram connection and the Instagram messages you sent us, and your sign-in tokens. We also ask RevenueCat and PostHog to delete your data. Details and retention periods are in our Privacy Policy.
