If you disagree with our decision, you can also turn to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under Art. 21 DSA. We will engage with it in good faith; its decision is not binding. See the European Commission's list of certified bodies. You can always go to court as well.

Noli has two main feeds. You can switch between them at any time.

We don't use sensitive data (such as health, religion or political views) for ranking, and there are no ads. Content that breaks our rules is removed or not recommended. You can influence "For you" by changing your topics, following or unfollowing people, or switching to "Following".

9. Average monthly active recipients (Art. 24(2))

Noli has fewer than 45 million average monthly active recipients in the EU, so it is not a very large online platform. We will publish the exact average number here once Noli is publicly available, and update it every six months.
